Forecast for Victoria

Forecast for Monday 17th of June 2019

A cold front will reach far southwest Victoria tonight then cross the remainder of the State on Tuesday. A ridge will extend across Victoria on Wednesday from a high centred over the Bight. The ridge is expected to weaken on Thursday as an upper-level trough moves over western Victoria from the south, while on Friday the upper trough should move towards the Tasman Sea as the high strengthens and moves slowly towards Tasmania, leaving Victoria in a cold southerly airflow.

Winds north to northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h shifting southwesterly during the morning. Overnight temperatures falling to around 6 with daytime temperatures reaching around 11.
